How it works
Lutfi Law ADR acts as an independent neutral between you and your club or agency, not as your lawyer. Here is what happens from first contact to the outcome.

Use the form and give the names of everyone involved. No documents yet. Your agent or representative can make the first contact.
- 2Within two business days
Conflict check, and both sides agree
We check that we have no connection to you, the club or the agency. Mediation and arbitration also need the other side to agree to use a neutral, often through a clause in the contract.
- 3Before any work starts
Terms agreed in writing
A short letter sets out the process, the language and a timetable. Fees are agreed before any work begins, and usually shared between the parties.
- 4On the agreed timetable
Sessions or hearings, online
Mediation sessions or arbitration hearings take place by video, at times that suit both sides. The outcome is a signed settlement or a written, reasoned decision.
