Sport disputes, heard neutrally
A club and a player can’t agree, a selection decision is challenged, or a complaint needs an independent look. Lutfi Law ADR acts as the neutral, so everyone gets a fair hearing.
We act as an independent neutral. Listed on the ITP Sport & Recreation roster.
Online, by video, at times that suit the parties’ time zones.

How an appointment works
Lutfi Law ADR acts as an independent neutral, not as anyone's lawyer. Here is what happens from your first message to the written outcome.

Conflict check and disclosure
A neutral must be independent of every party. We check that we have no connection to any party, counsel or organization involved, and we disclose in writing anything the parties should know.
- 3Before any work starts
Terms agreed in writing
A letter of appointment sets out the scope, the rules, the language and a timetable. Fees are set out there too, and agreed before any work begins.
- 4On the agreed timetable
The process, online
Interviews, sessions or hearings take place by secure video. You receive a written report, a signed settlement or a reasoned decision.
Please don't send documents or confidential details until the conflict check is complete.
